There are a wide number of services doing this sort of thing now.  Some requiring no indication that it is a sponsored post (I think PayPerPost falls in this category) and others, like in this example, which require the title of the post to clearly state it is sponsored (ReviewMe for example).  So far these are generally written by the blogger but I believe ReviewMe has a new service in beta that allows the advertiser to write the entry.</description>
